ELuxuryHome may offer a variation of delivery services throughout the website. A product listing or product category may specify if a Free Delivery service is available for
that item.
ELuxury Home offers three forms of Free Delivery Services and the services may be removed at any time at ELuxury’s Home own discretion.

1. FREE DELIVERY WITHIN SYDNEY– This is a free delivery to all suburbs within the Sydney metropolitan areas whilst regions out of the Sydney metropolitan area will be charged a delivery/shipping fee. Transit costs will vary with listings depending upon destination, parcel size and weight.
Some items especially the large and heavier showcased items may require a delivery quote prior to your purchase. Please read all our terms and conditions related to our delivery services.

 

2. FREE DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA - This is a free delivery service applied Australia Wide but may exclude regional and remote areas of Australia. Unfortunately our courier services may not facilitate particular regions of Australia so please check prior to ordering as additional delivery charges may be applied after the order has been placed. Please read all terms and conditions related to our delivery services.

 

3. FREE DELIVERY WORLDWIDE – ELuxury Home may offer listings or categories with a free delivery service to countries around the world. The Free Delivery Service applies to deliveries within major cities. Unfortunately our shipping carrier may not facilitate all countries and regions out of major cities therefore orders may be cancelled or an additional delivery charge may be requested after the order has been placed. Please read all our terms and conditions related to our International delivery services.

 

DELIVERY TIMES:

At ELuxury Home we work very hard to dispatch promptly but please allow up to 2 weeks delivery for Australian orders depending upon region and up to 4 -6 weeks for international orders. (Custom made products require additional time due to production.)
If your order contains multiple products then individual products may be delivered on different days, depending on the availability of freight carriers on any given day to facilitate the delivery.
All deliveries are made between Monday to Friday.
ELuxury Home will arrange delivery on your behalf and Transit insurance is included against loss and damages caused during transit.

 

CORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS

Please provide your best contact number upon checkout, and correct delivery address.
ELuxury Home will not be held responsible if goods are delivered to incorrect address,
*Additional postage/freight charges will apply if goods are returned back to us.
*Additional postage/freight charges will apply if goods need to be redirected from incorrect address to correct address.
*ELuxury Home will not refund any monies for loss of goods, or damage to goods if incorrect address has been provided and goods are delivered to the incorrect address.

 

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Eluxury Home highly recommended that there be someone to sign & accept the goods upon delivery.
In the event that you are unable to accept the delivery, Goods will be returned to the post office for pick up or courier depot for reschedule of delivery.
* Additional delivery charges may be charged for redelivery of goods depending upon carrier.
* ELuxuryHome will charge additional freight charges, if your item is returned to back to EluxuryHome or to any one of our distribution centres, due to the failure of not accepting/claiming the delivery.
* ELuxury Home will not refund any delivery charges for items returned to ELuxury Home or one of our distribution centres.

* ELuxury Home will not be responsible for any delays caused by couriers, weather events or customs or any other unforeseen circumstances.
* ELuxury Home will not be liable for goods or refund of any monies if incorrect name and delivery address has been given.
* ELuxury Home will not be responsible for any damages, breakages, theft or loss caused by courier that has not been organised by E-Luxury.

 

RECEIPT OF GOODS

It is highly recommended that someone is at address to accept and sign for goods.
Please open and check your order for any breakages and damages caused during transit as a 24hour transit insurance is included with the order. If carton or packaging has any signs of damage please note it at time of delivery or If you have any concerns please add the notes before signing it and ask the driver to initial your remarks.

 

24 HOUR TRANSIT WARRANTY

ELuxury Home offers a 24 hour TRANSIT WARRANTY. All damages incurred to any product during transit must be lodged to ELuxury Home within 24 hours of receiving the goods. In the event that your good/s are received damaged please take a photo of the fault &/or damage of the product as well as any damages caused to the packaging.E-Luxury must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, pleaseemail details to sales@e-luxury.com.au failure to do so may void your warranty. ELuxury Home will respond to and forward further instructions regarding the claim.
* Please do not handle broken glass
* Please title subject as Damages with your order number.
